Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received a defective or incorrect product, you are eligible to submit a return request within 30 days of the initial purchase.
To start a return, you can either login to your Kizo Lab account on our website and submit an automatic return request or contact us via email at info@kizolab.com.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14140 Live Oak Ave, Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return related questions at info@kizolab.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not accept product exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order, you can submit a return request and place a new order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept return / refund request on Cleanser + Moisturizer Sets purchased through Free Starter Kit Offer. If you are experiencing issues with the products in your kit, feel free to reach out to us at info@kizolab.com.
